The concepts of No Banana Splits are radical and the book is just the beginning.  For those who are interested in further incorporating the principles and concepts of No Banana Splits into your ministry a coaching package is available that will help you implement the concepts in a practical way into your ministry.

The coaching consists of two group phone calls a month for a semester.  For the fall of 2008 there will be two calls in September, October, November, and December.  The topics covered will be:

1. Theological
   • Theology of Prayer
   • The Christ Centeredness of all of Scripture
   • Ten Principles for Studying the Bible
2. The Philosophy of Mass Relational Disciplevangelism
   • The importance of bringing all elements together in a cohesive ministry model,
3. The elements of an effective meeting
   • Music - understanding song selection and flow. 
   • Humor
   • Message - progression, content and practical help.
4. Contact Work (entering the world of adolescents)
   • Why we go.
   • What to do once you are there.
   • Creative opportunities for engaging teenagers.
5. The elements of a successful Bible Study meeting
   • Vision
   • Bible Study
   • Prayer
6. Identifying and discipling key student leaders.
   • The Jesus model.
   • The challenge of leading leaders.
   • What does it look like to invest in a few?

Requirements for coaching:
    There are four requirements to participate in the coaching.  They are:

1. You must have the recommendation of your supervisor.
2. You must be currently employed in full time youth ministry
3. You must have a sponsor  who will pay for the coaching.  In other words you must have someone who believes in you enough that they will pay for you to participate in the coaching (this can be shared by two people if necessary).
4. You must be under thirty years old.

The cost for the fall semester is $750.
